Charlotte, the owner of Four Seasons Flowers, went above and beyond – We ordered a bouquet for our goddaughter, but she happened to be away on holiday when we arranged delivery. Charlotte made multiple attempts to contact our goddaughter and then arranged for a fresh bouquet to be delivered the following week at no extra cost to us despite the error being on our part, truly highlights the outstanding customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Lovely floral tribute, with bright colours as requested. Just thought it was a bit thin and would have looked just that little bit better if it had a bit more leafy foliage filling in the gaps.
Very helpful person on the phone and she put our mind at rest that the flowers would be delivered on time to the funeral directors.
