Saw a gorgeous 11 plate A4 and arranged a viewing. Richard really honest regards the vehicle on the phone, drove for 55 miles the following day, a Sunday, and met Richard and the car. Absolutely gorgeous car, immaculate, and Richard pointed out a couple of very minor blemishes, but nothing of note at all. Paid deposit, car collected at mutual agreed time the next day, and the 55 mile drive home was a joy, with the car just perfect. Would highly recommend the company, and they will be used by myself again to source my next car, genuine guy selling great cars.

Saw a beautiful Ford Focus Zetec S listed on their website at the weekend in excellent condition and at a great price! I immediately called Forest Motor Group to arrange a viewing as it was just what I was looking for. The car is everything I had hoped and more and I'd like to personally thank Richard for all his help and support in making purchasing this car the smoothest I've ever experienced. I can't recommend Richard and Forest Motor Group enough!

Some nice stock and viewing by appointment only, so my son phoned to book a viewing and agreed a time, to fit in with the dealer having another viewing already arranged. We set off for the 2 hour drive and arrived in the great surroundings, only to be told they had taken a walk in buyer who was currently viewing the car we had come to see, we waited and were told they were having the car so our trip had been wasted. So 4 hours of driving, half a tank of fuel and a very disappointing day. The decent thing would have to have the walk-in wait until we had viewed the car, the dealer had our number to check we were coming, no excuse, a family run business who trade on fair dealings, but turn out to be just another quick cash used car salesman. Not even a brew offered, never mind covering our diesel. Very disappointed.

We bought our first hybrid car off Forest. We didn’t know much about the electric cars but Richard was very knowledgeable and helped us through this process. We have had the car for a month and we are very pleased with it. Would highly recommend.

If I could leave a negative star review for Richard on here I would!!! Worst experience I have had purchasing anything. Probably my own fault to have believed Richard that the Golf GT TDI I purchased from him would be without fault based on the below average price for a car of it's mileage. However this did not compensate for the fact that the car was not fit to drive for long periods. Also made my partner I'll with the dry air coming from the heater that did not work due to being sold the car with a broken heater matrix. Richard was obstructive when asking for reports to prove the car had been tested for such faults. At point of sale he assured me we would be give the AA document. This has never transpired to this day. I was put out of pocket greatly by Richard as he would not respond to phone calls to resolve the matter having identified this fault within 3 months of having this car which I have been advised by many is well within the time frame to return the car to the vendor if it is not fit for purpose. He was not only rude when i managed to get hold of him. But was aggressive in his approach to the situation. Was very defensive and immediately advised he would be contacting his legal team! Needless to say I did not have a good customer service experience. The car was great to look at, but was certainly not fit for purpose based on 2 different garages feed back. Not only was the heater matrix faulty, but I was also advised the gear box was going to need attention. I have had to get rid of the car. The car has cost me at least 4 thousand pounds in ha ing to hire a car for work as the golf Richard had sold me was not road worthy in cold conditions. Also lost a lot on the actual value of the car, having to take it to garages and my time ha ing to look into all of this. I will be taking matters further as I did register a complaint with trading standards regarding Richard, his company and the car he had sold me. Very unprofessional, unpleasant and extremely stressful and disappointing to deal with. Not to mention being out of pocket after having the pleasure of dealing with this company. Would not advise anyone to buy from him based on my experience!

Had a bad experience after buying a 335d xdrive touring in December 2019. Many issues with the car. Was fobbed off basically. Car was not as described. Took the word of the owner, Richard, and had it delivered to me. Bad idea. Should of gone to see it and would of seen the repaired rear passenger door, broken parcel shelf, and would of felt the dodgy brakes which was due to excessively worn discs and pads all round. The idrive showed 25k miles according to sensors. Anyway, wasn't happy with the car and got rid after 9 weeks and after replacing the discs/pads.
