Did not know about this local shop until we visited it on Sunday as we were looking for a case and screen protector.

The owner is very polite, professional, and first and foremost provided us with excellent advice rather than pressuring us into a sale.

I am extremely frustrated regarding the trade-in process for my iPhone 14 Pro 256GB that I sent through the Compare and Recycle website to Fonehouse. My phone was in excellent condition, with no cracks on the screen and fully operational. The trade-in page indicated a potential value of up to £450, which prompted me to proceed with the trade.

However, I received an email today with a significantly lower offer of £150, claiming that my phone was not in good condition. To make matters worse, the pictures provided to support this claim do not even depict my phone!

I am extremely upset and feel misled by this process. I am now waiting for them to arrange a return on my phone.
Please avoid selling your phone to this company at all costs !

Went to Fonehouse on New Years Eve. My iphone was not connecting correctly to my Apple Car Play or charger. They cleaned the phone and checked connections. Diagnosed the fault that I was using incorrect cables. Supplied new cables and gave advice on charging. Excellent service, value for money, friendly and understandable advice.

Myself and family first used this shop and its manager last year. Polite, professional and open with advice. (Stopped me buying a new phone because mine just needed a clean. Whoops!)
