Great experience for my (elderly) mum... Went in with a problem with an iPhone not purchased at the shop.. The team at Fonehouse were amazing .. fixed the problem, gave her at least 30 minutes of attention and when she offered to pay for the support, was declined saying only they hoped they could help when her contract comes up for renewal next year. Full marks!!

Went in for first time to get new battery fitted to my samsung phone. It was tested to make sure this was the problem, before I committed to spending £60+ . No problem found with battery or port but they did find 2 apps that drain your phone so removed these. Charge... NO CHARGE.. Bearing in mind I was going to spend on a new battery. Fantastic service. I was so impressed I took my mum in a few days later to buy a new phone. Thank you for your service.

Had my last 3 phones(6 years) from here. You can always keep your number. Just takes a few days after you've got the new phone. To switch over. Even if you change networks. If you know your passwords and back up your photos/videos. Before you go to see these guys.

Then it's a very smooth and quick transition between your old and new phone. Shalil is very knowledgeable in all the latest phones and their specs. He can and give very good recommendations based on your budget.
