I recently visited Fone Styles, a great little stall that sells all sorts of phone accessories and used phones, and I have to say, I was really impressed. My dad needed a phone holder for his car, so we checked out four different phone stalls and shops to compare prices. Fone Styles came out as the cheapest by far.

The exact same phone holder, from the same brand, was selling for £12 at Fone Styles, while the other three places were charging £19, £20, and even £25 for it. That’s a big difference, and it really showed me that this stall values honest pricing and fairness. These days, a lot of places mark up their prices just because they can, but Fone Styles proves that you can still get quality products at a fair price.

Beyond the great prices, the customer service was spot on. The lad at the counter was friendly, helpful, and patient ,he didn’t try to upsell anything or rush us into a decision. Instead, he answered our questions and made sure we got exactly what we needed. You can tell that Fone Styles actually cares about its customers, which makes a big difference when shopping.

The stall itself has a great selection of accessories, including phone cases, chargers, screen protectors, and more, plus a variety of used phones in good condition. It’s well-organized, easy to browse, and you’re bound to find a great deal on whatever you’re looking for.

Overall, I’m really happy with my experience at Fone Styles and will definitely be coming back in the future. If you’re in the market for affordable phone accessories or a second-hand phone, I highly recommend checking this place out.

Jordan was really helpful when I was hesitant about changing over my phone. He guided me through the options available and made sure that the handset would meet my requirements. I was really worried as I use it for work (I am self-employed) but the process was straightforward. Leaving Jordan to upgrade the software and then migrate everything across meant that a few hours later I had a new phone with everything as I hoped and ready to use. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a product and service. Think Jordan deserves a pay rise!

I got a good customer service from their salesman. I scored a hard to find compact power bank from them. It did not work when I checked it home. When I returned, he was willing to replace it right away. It was found out that there’s no problem with the unit. It’s just the cable that it’s faulty. Issue solved promptly.

Great place with amazing and friendly technicians.

I came in for a broken screen on my Phone. Turns out my device was way more damaged than this. Those guys spotted straight away that my phone was not taking any charge nor connecting to a computer. Had shown my phone to 2 other places just before and they said it was just the screen while those guys spotted straight away than my phone was bent.

So my phone was dead they proposed a replacement same model of phone and swapped the mother board for me to retrieve data then swapped the motherboard once again. I was so worried about loosing my pictures and those guys went above and beyond to help step by step. I am more than grateful for the great help, patience and professionalism that was provided.

Amazing experience would recommend 10/10 this is the right place to go 👌
