Visited the newly reopened Folly for lunch and was so impressed! The staff are so welcoming - Lee and Tim are really friendly, taking the time to chat with everyone so there is such a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious, I had a homemade pie and it was excellent, followed by a dark chocolate tart, but there were so many things on the menu that I could have had, it was hard to choose just one! I would highly recommend anyone to visit Folly and try their vast range of teas, cakes, sandwiches and more. A true gem of a tea room in the heart of Holt and I will be back!

A brilliant afternoon spent at the Newley opened Folly Tearooms in Holt, eating delicious food and drinking from a substantial list of great drinks on offer.
We went on a busy Saturday afternoon, with staff being extremely attentive to me and other diners, a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with a lively ‘buzz’ around the place. Shout out to Lee, Tim and Stacey for making us feel very welcome.
The food was brilliant, having a homemade Steak & Ale Pie, followed by a superb caramel cake.
There is something for everyone’s taste and in a perfect location. Looking forward to revisiting in the summer and sitting outside in the court yard which even in the winter months looks incredible!

Visited today and met the new owners lee and Tim and predict great things!!! Was met with a warm welcome,the new menu is thoughtfully put together and it feels as if the heart is back in this lovely tearoom.
Food was outstanding, well worth a visit.

A warm welcome and a tasty brunch is what we received when we revisited The Folly since its recent re-opening under new ownership.
On arrival Lee was welcoming and accommodating, it was a varied menu and we thoroughly enjoyed what we had.

We have regularly enjoyed visiting Folly’s over the last few years. We hoped the new owners would carry on the high quality and lovely atmosphere. We were very impressed to find the classic Folly’s experience including gorgeous vintage china crockery continues and the traditional tea room menu has been given a modern uplift. The cheese scone was delicious and the crayfish doorstop sandwich was packed full! We drank the generous tea pot dry. Always a delightful visit and we will return again and again.

I recently heard this establishment had opened, so had to make a visit. Located in quaint part of Holt, lies this lovely Tearoom. With a broad menu, even the most discerning of palates are catered for. Each of the dishes that passed our table looked delicious, sadly I was only visiting for refreshments. There were speciality teas in abundance but having seen the hot chocolate on social media, I just went for the endulgence and I was not disappointed! A perfect atmosphere has been created by the new owners, all of whom were very engaging and attentive. I recommend experiencing it for yourselves, sooner rather than later. Bookings are available to ensure you're not disappointed.
