Very friendly and helpful lady at the shop.
I love this shop, save me travel all the way to central London for shopping! Some reviews say the lady is not friendly ! I’m very surprised as every time I went inside the shop she could not be any more helpful with sizes or any questions I had for choosing my dresses!

I've shopped in Fluke for years, from the Male shop anyway. Some of the reviews on here is unbelievable, not sure what shop they are talking about. The slightly bearded guy and a couple of other ladies are always warm, friendly and welcoming to me.

I don't always buy stuff when I go in, I go in to browse and most probably buy later, but always friendly shop assistance. Also, my wife almost always get my birthday shirt from there.

Cant believe the terrible reviews, loyal customer to the shop. Never go anywhere else. Always have a such a lovely experience when i go in. Wide range of clothing. Always friendly (my husband also thinks the same for the mens shop). Couldnt ask for better service from the staff.

I feel so intimidated when I walk in this shop very unfriendly she always is the lady who owns it blonde one. Never helpful I wanted a pair of jeans she really did not want to help me my girlfriends all feel the same. Such a shame as I have really wanted to buy things but out of spite I won't anymore she is so rude!
Beware when you walk in ! Not nice !!

Would have purchased from here had it not been for the very unfriendly staff. I asked a couple of questions and got stand offish answers. I think I disturbed the supposed 'sales assistant' from staring out of the window day dreaming.
