I attended my grans funeral today. I called this company last minute to order some flowers to put on her grave. The woman on the phone was so lovely and understanding, and also very knowledgeable. She told me it wouldn't be a problem, and she would have them ready by the following afternoon. The flowers are beautiful and we're reasonably priced. I am forever grateful

We got married in May this year at The Bull Hotel and we chose Flowers of Borough Green to do all of our flowers.
Our flowers were absolutely gorgeous!
We didn’t cover the venue in flowers but the ones we chose really made the venue look beautiful. From button holes, bridal bouquet, to flowers for the cake. It was all perfect.

Really good quality florist Best business they are eager to please happy to help good customer service and good problems solving great management skills from the owner as I had a technical difficulty and issues with my order that was rectified very efficiently and proficiently my mother received her bouquet and a box of chocolates thrown in for the inconvenience which was very nice touch and these sort of things go a long way in business. repeat custom from me!! I'm very happy with the product. 10 out of 10 for quality five out five stars for communication and issues resolving you have a good reputation keep up the good work thanks guys well done to all your team

DO NOT USE – DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Be warned – you will not get your flowers.

Family in France ordered flowers to be delivered for 90th birthday.
Ordered on 25th April for delivery 29th (birthday on 30th).
Didn’t arrive on 29th, called, promised that afternoon – No delivery.
Called on 30th – promised delivery that afternoon – No delivery.
Dozens of attempts to call. None answered
Visited in person on 3 May to confront owner.
Individual seemed not with it and claimed to know nothing about order. Made her look up details on system. Order was on computer!
Forced them to refund and made her provide a bunch of flowers to say sorry (very aging flowers were all that were available).

Do Not Use this business.
You will be VERY DISAPPOINTED!
(especially as they stock very few flowers)

Ordered flowers for a birthday, recipient was in all day and no flowers arrived. When i phoned to follow up, Jessica advised a card would have been left (it wasn't) and she would check with the driver and call me back in 5 mins. Got a text 3h later saying that delivery was attempted at midday. No apology, no offer to rectify, no attempt to redeliver (assuming the first attempt was ever made) flowers that day out any day since. No reply to my texts back. I had to call the shop several times before it was answered.

I requested a refund, which she did process, although wanted my bank details rather than refunding to the credit card i paid on. I asked if she was going to apologise and she said she already had in the text. I've attached that so you can see her "sorry" was about not having any service. The business had a landline, i wasn't aware service was an issue for landlines. I had made and received calls successfully on my phone if she was trying to imply it was my phone.

Very disappointed, I've used this florist for years and they were always great so I had just called the saved number and not looked them up. From the reviews I see they've maybe changed hands. They had a majority of 5* reviews up until last year. Since about a year ago, it's now mainly 1* star reviews mainly saying the flowers weren't delivered just like my experience. I won't be using them again.

I attended a funeral today and was very shocked to see a floral tribute that had cost £60.00, and to be honest I could have purchased better from Asda / Sainsbury for about £10.00.
Half of the flowers were dying and the foliage was limp.
Will never use or recommend again.

Had a lovley experience talking over the phone to place a order for sadly a family friend that passed away , with only a few days notice the lovley team went above and beyond and nothing was to much for them , we requested a photo of the tribute as we wasn’t able to attend the funeral , as promised we received the photo and the tribute was everything and more then we expected, a lovley florist with a brilliant team working all together , Thankyou so much jessica and team x
