⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Brunch Spot!

Had a fantastic brunch with a friend. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly, quick, and efficient—we felt well looked after. The menu offers a great selection, making it easy to find something delicious.

Parking was super convenient, with a free car park just across the road and designated disabled parking spaces right out front.

Highly recommend Flootes for a lovely meal with great service. Will definitely be returning! 😊🍽️✨

As a family of four, we were delighted to find a lunch spot that catered to our dietary needs, particularly gluten-free options.

Flootes offers a diverse menu, including sandwiches, toasties, hot and cold mains, as well as sides like chips and roasts. For those looking for a more indulgent experience, an afternoon tea option is also available, but requires a 48-hour advance booking. We particularly appreciated the attention to various dietary requirements and allergens, ensuring an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Our family opted for sandwiches, salad, and nachos, which proved to be a satisfying and delicious lunch. The quality and taste exceeded our expectations, and the price was reasonable, making for a great value meal.

Aside from its delightful food options, Flootes also boasts a selection of champagne and wine, which we did not sample due to the time of day. However, we fully intend to return to this lovely little coffee bar on our next visit to Woburn to enjoy a glass or two.

Asked to go down into the basement to have our coffee and cake, which is their storage area, as they saw we were in running gear and didn’t want the stairs muddy. They had already told us we could go upstairs and taken our money, before deciding we should instead go into the windowless cellar. Wishing I’d taken some photos to share on here. Really not welcoming at all. Strongly recommend to Avoid.

After been regular customers for over 2 years we were today informed by a waitress that dishes listed as GF are not in fact gluten free as they use the same fryer for everything. When I questioned why dishes are label GF they said the ingredients are GF but there's cross contamination. This has never been mentioned before so everytime my wife has eaten in there they have put her health at risk. Waitress didnt seem to get why we had an issue with this. Guess we can't eat there anymore. Will be lodging a complaint with Trading Standards and putting a note on the many celiac support groups my wife is part of.

This was a nice place. The staff were very friendly and the snacks and coffee were delicious. They also have a really nice outside bit where you can sit too. I appreciated that they offered dairy free milk options. Although this place says it’s a wine bar, it is also café which is a little confusing at first glance but fairly obviously once you get inside. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

On Sunday 2nd March a Sausage roll was ordered as part of a sit in order. The Baker came out to the staff member who was serving my adult Son swearing and in a foul temper telling her that she was having a laugh. Why do you employ such people? The whole experience was ruined and we will not return not that he would want us to ! Dreadful customer service and I think you are lucky we paid Shocking behaviour

Loved the placed, rather small at a busy road. Friendly staff and a nice choice of goods and drinks. Maher sure you have a look at the choice art three counter in addition to the menu!
