So after looking everywhere for a new smaller car for my wife I found one at fleet sales Leicester Ltd.
I went in out the blue to look at it and was met by a very polite and friendly lady called Rachel I got showed the car and arranged a time for me to take the wife to see it when we arrived Rachel passed us the key and trade plates to take it for a test drive we loved it so Rachel sorted out the paperwork for us on the day of collection we was presented with a well valeted car inside and out. I just like to say to Rachel a big thank you you was brilliant from start to finish and we will rerun in the future. Fleet sales Ltd is a very friendly company with great staff with no pushy sales woman or men they go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase thanks guys once again. *

Shocked reading some of the reviews, especially regarding the customer service
I had a fantastic experience purchasing a car from fleet car sales.
Prompt response from the company after I sent an initial online enquiry.
Arranged a test drive on a vehicle, which was valeted before arrival.
Pleasant welcoming once I arrived, no pushy sales , let me look around the vehicle and gave me a trade plate to take a test drive.

Had a couple of niggles that were rectified straight away for me .... air con wasn't cold so rachel got the air con man down straight away to re gas and knocked some money off due to only one key.

Relaxed , not pushy at all , accommodating.

Love the car, very satisfied and was a joy to buy a car from this company.

Outstanding, we went in using another finance company however this was taking its time and they offered us the chance to run soft checks using their providers. This turned out that we could actually get our preferred car having previously being told no by our chosen supplier. The whole team then went out if there way to have our newer car turned around that same day.

Purely cared about us as people not just another sale.

Purchased a car, which after travelling down from Scotland was perfectly as described. It did develop a fault soon after, but the team and communication from Fleetsales were very helpful and made it easy to get sorted. Overall good experience and I would recommend them ?

Purchased a jeep compass limited from these lovely people .They serviced the car on Monday prior to a Tuesday delivery and was pleasantly surprised when the delivered the car they had fitted two new front tyres gratis, So a big thank you to the girls in the office as well as the mechanic-delivery team.
I would sure look at buying again from Fleet trade and also recommend to friends looking to buy ?
