Higher ups really need to have a rethink about their management at this store because the way they behave and act with certain employees is downright disgusting. Some of the management seem bearable but the others are so rude and need to sort their attitude out. Complaining to certain employees about their work when their “favourites” are doing absolutely nothing and talking. I’ve worked for Frasers group before and management in these stores were so much more nicer and understanding. Even other employees need a talking to. I waited about 20 mins before being served because two girls wanted to talk about boys instead of serving. Additionally commission doesn’t not get applied where appropriate, which is extremely poor. No hours but they keep hiring staff. Never footing step in this store again. Disgusting behaviour and service.

Jacob was such a nice boy, he conducted himself amazingly and he was very helpful with me and my family.

Great sellection not found on high street and great sellection of sale items eapecially as some items can seem really expensive. Love this shop

Well, what can I say, totally agree with the reviews about the Staff!!!
either they are low paid just for the presence in the shop, or that is their policy to be careless and unprofessional. yes we buy discounted designers stuff but still we pay the prices well above other high street shops, so a "please..., thank you.., how does it feel...,would you like to try another size" etc and a smile would be nicer then a moody attutude

Don't like the staff here they try to make you feel uncomfortable. The security guard was actually very polite. But the staff were rude and literally stood around talking to each other , its ironic that the stuff they sell is more than want they earn but still treat you like you couldn't afford to buy their stuff. Also they paid more attention to themselves in the mirror then serving the customers

Good range of products and very helpful attentive staff.

There is women section on the ground floor with all the amazing handbags at the back of the store.

The men's sections seemed to be on the first floor, I could only see the stairs would of preferred to use the lift if they had one.

There is security based at the entrance of the store.

Awful customer service from the store manager. Noticed a stain on a top and explored all other options such as ordering online etc as it was the last piece in store. Requested if a discount could be applied and was told to "wash it when I get home as that's what all customers do" then happily packed it back up for the next poor sod to purchase it without noticing! What a joke! Remaining staff members were exceptionally helpful and polite, such a shame to be working under a incompetent manager.
