Bought a beautiful Cross shoulder atrap phone bag a few weeks ago.never used it .Still boxed.decided to use it today the zip won't close on the side of bag.it looks OK.so never checked in shop as didn't have glasses on.paid cash for it .got receipt came home.left it till today to use to find zip broken and I've lost receipt. Please keep your receipts as they won't accept returns without receipt. So if possible pay by card.i never loose receipts. Just been so unwell in and out of hospital so lost it.rather upset with head office attitude. As shop is lovely and unique items.you cannot get else where so overall staff in shop lovely. But poor service from management...you definitely need keep receipt for everything you buy.i only wanted another bag same but it wasn't good enough. They wouldn't honour it.

This was one of my favourite shops until I found they are selling REAL FUR PRODUCTS! No excuse for this, very disappointed.
