I love it here! Popped in for a gift for others and came out with stuff for me. Love that it’s all handmade by the owner. The lady serving in the shop was really helpful and the lemon soap is to die for!

Nice lovely looking store and just what’s needed in Hitchin when my daughter loves bath bombs and lush is not an easy store to get too.

First purchase was alright bombs were not great as your paying as much as a lush bath bomb ! a few months later and my daughter begging me for a bath bomb as we walked past I decided to get one for her and try again my daughter selected a bomb and I then asked “does this bath bomb change colour as my daughter was very disappointed when it didn’t change colour of the bath last time we purchased one” the response I got was “o you got it from here that’s strange yes this one changes the colour of the bath” so with that information once home my daughter was very happy to test her bath bomb filled the bath popped it in and my daughter goes “she lied” and which has made me now write this review as we really should not be telling lies to a 6 year old ! And I gave the option to the young lady to say no this one don’t but here is the selection that does change colour or no sorry none of our bombs change the colour of the bath !

Otherwise the shop looks nice and it not an eye sore !

One of the worst shops I’ve ever been to I will never shop there again and with the bath bombs I got again the worst quality one of them started fizzing when it had not even been near water and I was still in the shop to which she still charged me when I said take it off I don’t want it she refused to refund me so definitely go else where when buying bath bombs or anything else this shop should be shut down for selling products that aren’t fit for purpose and the staff being rude is another thing no customer should deal with

Friendly service and a good selection of bath bombs. They have a Palma violet one that almost made me want to eat it! Well worth a pop in.
