My friend and I bought your adjustable plume ring. We both lost our moms within a month of each other. You never know what you’re getting when you buy off the internet but they exceeded my high expectations. They are beautiful and well made. Absolutely stunning. I loved them so much I bought one for my cousin who also lost her mom, dad and brother. Thank you for adding the message I asked if you could include. Spent 250 pounds on adjustable 9ct rose gold feather ring which broke in half. No refund after 12 months no repairs no explanation . Do not adjust your ring as it will be your fault. Only offered me to buy a new ring which is more expensive now. I feel as they deal with bereaved people the service is appalling. Mana g to recoup £40 in scrap at a jewllers. This was not a cheap ring.

This has definitely been one of my best buys. I was so delighted with the ring that I gave away the first one to a friend for her birthday so needed another one for myself! On the website the other jewellery also looks exquisite and is affordable which is so important. The designs are beautiful, the quality is excellent and the accompanying sentiments are lovely.
The company seem very approachable and friendly with a personal email after my purchases. Delivery was outstanding and my second ring arrived the day after I ordered it.

I placed my order for a plume ring Thursday evening , I made contact with the Friday morning to change my delivery address . The response from the company via messenger was extremely quick and they confirmed the item was being shipped that day .
Low and behold I then had confirmation it had been shipped .I received the gorgeous ring today (Saturday) !! I have never know such great customer service. The quality of the ring and packaging was amazing . I highly recommend anyone to use this company if you want a speedy, high quality gift for someone special. This company knock the spots off others!! Ring engravementSo we lost my uncle he was at a young age. I ordered one of the rings for my mum (his sister) that came fine. So I thought I'd order one for my nan his mother. It never came engraved, so might be abit hit and miss with the engravement, i 100% added the engravement so not sure what happened here. Probably be careful and purchase a cheaper one from somewhere else then go get it engraved yourself to avoid heart break on the day, it was supposed to be a special and intimate moment for Christmas for her. To be honest its a sensitive thing to get wrong. Deffinitley when you are dealing with those that have lost loved ones, I know mistakes happen but you'd think with being a large empathetic company you'd get the intimate details correct? I think we will just go get it engraved somewhere. I've emailed support and there's not much happening there, they said they can invoice me the additional £20 for the ring whilst also paying for it to be sent back.

I ordered an angel feather ring from FIYAH as I had seen it advertised on Facebook. It was dispatched and delivered in two days so was really pleased with the speedy service. I was blown away by how pretty it looked in its box and couldn't wait to put it on! I think that the design and attention to detail is amazing as it felt so smooth to put on, (I even liked the design and feel of the little box it came in). I'm really pleased with the purchase I made and will definitely be ordering again.
