First time I’ve had five guys and it didn’t disappoint, they filled the cup for my fries to the brim, then put more in the bag. The burger was perfectly cooked and so juicy. I’ll definitely be eating here again soon

It's exciting to see Five Guys opening in the Winchester area, as good quality burgers have been lacking here. Despite the place being quite busy, the food and service were excellent, and I was impressed by the generous portion of fries. The staff were friendly and made an effort to engage with me, which made me feel appreciated as a customer. I'll definitely be coming back to this location!

Their chips are different and this is where the differences end. Far too expensive for a fast-food chain with long waiting-time when my order is the only one being prepared.
My 1st and only time checking it out. Can't understand the buzz around this place...

Had a great experience at five guys! There was an amazing worker called Gyia who was so friendly and helpful - she was completely professional and I was very impressed with her.

The service here is so good, Gyia on the till was so lovely and friendly.
The floor was really clean and the workers obviously keep the kitchen very tidy.

Seating needs to be looked at, plenty of empty space and not enough tables. Ended up standing carrying baby and toddler whilst we waited over 25 mins for a table after ordering. Did not feel family friendly at all.

Just had a deliveroo delivery.... burger was burnt to a cinder and chips were delivered in an unsealed cup so spilled all over the bag. Quite unsanitary. Chips also look and taste like they been done in very old oil. And the price has really gone up!! Sorry Five Guys, I loved five guys in Bromley London, but Winchester branch won't be seeing me again.

A long wait for our takeaway order of a very simple cheeseburger. When we did get it and open n it in the car (we were in a hurry) we noticed that we hadn't actually y received our chips.

I called the restaurant and I formed them that I was OW out of town and unable to return but they insisted that their computer systems could not reimburse for the missing chips unless I was physically there. My two issues are that with modern tech being able to take payment very easily, they appear to be reluctant to reimburse with as much as eaae. Secondly, if I am laying over £20 for a some fries, a Cheeseburger and shake, I'd expect the sefvixe team to get the krwdwr right before serving.

Massively frustrated at a modern business not caring about its customers or service standard.
