I first visited Finesse Brides and Grooms with my sister just to try on a few dresses, and I was so impressed by the experience that I came back with my mum to try on one in particular — and that’s the dress I said yes to! I had Adele for both appointments, and she was truly wonderful — kind, patient, and made me feel so at ease. She made the whole experience feel really personal and memorable. Everyone at the shop goes out of their way to make you feel special, and it genuinely felt like they cared about helping me find the dress. I can’t thank them enough — it was such a lovely part of my wedding journey. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness! I had the BEST time at my bridal dress shopping appointment with Adele! All staff were gorgeous to me to be fair! Adele made me feel so comfortable in myself, really listened to what I liked, disliked, and was really honest in what worked and didn’t at the same time. She really hyped me up and made me feel so comfortable. I loved the vibe, the relaxed feel of the place and I couldn’t recommend this lovely shop and service anymore! 15/10 from me and I can’t wait to return in November to sort my measurements, see my gorgeous dress and see the lovely staff! Saying yes to the dress with these guys and my bridal party was just all round lovely 🙂

Today I had my first ever time trying on wedding dresses!

My mum and sister came along with me , we was welcomed in by a lovely sign with my name on, small details do go a long way & the staff straight away making sure we was all okay whilst we waited to go up .

I had a lovely time with Zoe who helped me pick and try on plenty of dresses and in the end I tried on something I had no idea I was looking for and I loved it . Zoe was absolutely fab and helpful with the dresses & got us some refreshments too

Fantastic service from start to finish - they made us feel so welcome. Great selection of suits, we hired ours. All of the team were super helpful and it was a joy to have them as part of our big day.
They also carried out the alterations which was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

A lovely local business with excellent customer service who I highly recommend.

I have had 2 appointments so far, and Adele was warm and accommodating on both occasions. She made sure my guests and myself felt welcome and offered us drinks when we arrived. She explained how the dresses were organised and let us select dresses to try at our leisure, whilst staying close by in case we had any questions. This kept the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable.

At the end of the first appointment I let them know I needed some time to think about it, which they were perfectly fine with and I felt no pressure to commit to a purchase. They let me know how long I had to place an order to ensure the dress would be ready in time for my wedding which was very helpful.

Following a few days thinking time, I decided to book another appointment at Finesse to try on my favourite dress again. I managed to get an appointment with just a few days notice and I am really happy to say the dress was just as lovely as I remember and decided it was the one! I had my measurements completed and put in the order for it in the same appointment and look forward to going back again in the future to get any 'fine tuning' sorted when the dress has arrived.

Finesse Brides, especially my Bridal Consultant Adele were just amazing. I was quite nervous and not looking forward to my appointment after a bad experience at another bridal wear shop. I’m not a girly girl and live in jeans, trainers and hoodies, I’m also not very confident about my body shape and how I look. I explained about the previous experience and how I was feeling and Adele was just perfect, she put me at ease straight away, I think it helped she’s also not a girly girl (I hope she doesn’t mind me saying this) she gave me honest opinions in how each dress looked on me without giving away her personal preferences on what she thought was best so as not to sway me and leave me to make my own decision but there was also no hard sell, at no point did I feel her feedback was tailored to push me to buy something, there were no false compliments and I was really grateful for that, I felt that every single bit of feedback she gave me was genuine and objective. I tried on quite a few different dresses and couldn’t decide between my favourite two, Adele then asked if I’d try a dress that she picked out, it wasn’t one I would have chosen for myself as it was so pretty but it was just perfect, in the short time we were there I felt like she really took on board what I’d said about what I liked and didn’t like, the dress Adele chose for me was the dress I said yes to! It’s a lovely environment to shop in, its very pretty and relaxing and I actually found myself enjoying my time there, before I knew it my appointment was over. Leanne also popped through a few times during my appointment and she was also lovely, giving me encouraging feedback. I also loved how they took care of my mum who came with me, ensuring she was comfortable and offering us both a drink. I did jokingly say as we left I could do with Adele on speed dial for the days when I don’t feel so great about myself, she was so positive and just a genuinely lovely person. I really felt I could be myself and not so self-conscious whilst I was there. Just a big thank you for being so lovely and making it an enjoyable experience.

I popped into Finesse a few weeks ago with my fiancee just to look through what they had - I didn't have an appointment as I had just intended to browse. However, I ended up finding the perfect suits for myself and my groomsmen! Fortunately for me Zoe was free, and she genuinely could not have been more helpful. She was extremely patient and the whole process couldn't have been more relaxed and enjoyable! I had planned to look around a few different shops before we set out that morning, but after all of Zoe's help I was more than happy that I'd found my perfect suit, and exactly who I wanted to supply it. We paid the deposit and booked in for fitting early next year. Cannot recommend this shop enough!
