Staff Nathan ,Michael & Stephen are friendly and helpful. I can buy all the materials here for my backyard diy job.

Ordered a single fence panel from Fieldens in Hindley. It was delivered by a great young guy called Nathan, he carried it around to our back garden and actually helped us old biddies to put it in place. Fantastic service as always from this local company. Wouldn't buy from anyone else.

Great contact with Matt, very helpful and nice guy. Quote received, when wanted to make payment directors (why) did not accept to pay card over the phone of BACS as they cant verify who is buying. BTW this was business to business purchase. They would only accept payment over the counter but I have 2.5 hours each way just to make payment. Absolute joke. Not sure how they will survive with internet purchase era. Avoid!!

My husband bought some sand and mortar mix for resetting and leveling some bricks down the fence line in the back garden. The staff were very helpful and polite, and the purchase was completed in a very satisfactory way.

Bought some timber yesterday as had run out so just went here for convenience. Almost double the price compared to other builders merchants around Wigan. (Have bought plasterboard from them previously they were just 50p dearer) so was totally shocked when it was almost double the price. Cost me £60 when should have been around £30 to £35 so won’t be going back.

I have previously been deterred from using Fielden Factors due to bad staff attitude over the years. However, I prefer to shop local so tried them again today. From an initial telephone enquiry, where the information given was detailed, through to the collection of items the customer service was excellent. The young man working there now will go the extra mile to help and this has changed my view of FF so will certainly use them again. Keep it up!!
