Yet again I've walked out with more items than i was expecting to purchase.
I truly love this shop as they always show me additional products which compliment the one item I came in for originally.
Well done ladies gorgeous set of jewellery, I've been shopping here for over 10 years and the customer service and quality of the goods are second to none, especially your German made products that I normally purchase.

It's always such a great experience shopping at Fever Accessories, the ladies in there go above and beyond, as a lady that likes to match things up these ladies always manage to find me items that compliment each other so well. I always get my items there either for everyday jewellery or items for a special occasion, the stacking bracelets, necklaces, earrings and rings are absolutely stunning, I have been wearing them for 10/12 years and have always found them to be of great quality. I will only buy my footwear from them because the comfort, style and quality is the absolute best. Shopping at Fever is like having the personal shopping experience without the ridiculous high end prices.

Fever accessory's is a beautiful shop. The items they sell are off high quality and make either the perfect present for someone or a lovely treat for yourself. It's wonderful to have such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere to enter when you are browsing and I have found the customer service second to none. If your not sure and need some inspiration or a second opinion on something you like, they are all there to help. The staff are passionate about wanting to help and it's great to see them doing all they can to connect with their local community, last week they got involved in loneliness week and it was wonderful to see them bringing customers of all kinds together to support thier local community. Keep up the hard work guys!! We love Fever!!! The perfect local place to get your accessories, gifts and more!! You'll always be met with a smile and a warm welcome as we are. My little boy loves popping in and seeing Jayne 🙂

Could be a lovely shop if the owner/manager wasn’t such a pushy person! She pounces on people and tries to push products on you. Would be nice to be able to browse in peace. I will say though there are two other women who work there that are lovely and redeem this place somewhat

My favourite shop in Braintree. I buy my sandals here every summer and the quality and selection is always stunning. Amazing service from the genuinely friendly and lovely ladies. Always such a positive happy atmosphere and enjoyable shopping experience.

Fever Accessories Fabulous shop, best shop in Braintree. Fabulous shoes, handbags & jeweller plus lots more. I had a little shopping spree in Fever on Saturday and luckily for me there was a sale. OMG so many bargains, my poor bank balance !!! I couldn’t be happier with all my purchases. I even got some Christmas presents lol. Fever staff are so friendly & helpful and they certainly know their stuff. I’m rubbish at shopping & knowing what suits me so I’m grateful for any help and advice I can get. For Fabulous quality bags, shoes, amazing beautiful jewellery and great service Fever Accessories is a MUST.

I love this shop and have always had good service in the past but I was a bit disappointed today. I selected an item and waited at the counter to pay. The two ladies working were both serving the same customer, and while I don’t mind waiting, neither lady acknowledged me, even to say that one of them would be with me shortly. After around 5 minutes I put my item back on the shelf and left the store - still unacknowledged. The store is small, they couldn’t have not noticed. It”s a shame as I would support independent stores, but I do expect a modicum of customer service. I”m afraid they have lost me.

I have used this beautiful store for many years now (ask my husband) the staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. You can’t fail to find something for yourself as well as gifts for others. A great asset to the town of Braintree.
