In the change over of owners and a new shop floor, staff have continued to be attentive, friendly and super helpful. After purchasing a scooter the after care has been outstanding and staff have been extremely helpful in exploring the right Rollator for me. Expect a smiley welcome and a no pressure helping hand on arrival.

Can’t thank the staff enough, they went above and beyond to find me a suitable lightweight wheelchair, ordering in a Karma Ergo 3 in my choice of colour, with no obligation to buy!
The Ergo 3 is perfect, folds easily, lightweight to pick up and fits in the car easily……perfect!!!!

I am very pleased with the service I have received. My mobility scooter stopped working and Fen Mobility picked my scooter up on the next working day. I have been kept up to date with the repair and helped liaise with my insurance company regarding my warranty cover. I would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely Brilliant. Went to hire a mobility scooter for my Dad - Sonia was amazing, very knowledgeable on all aspects of the equipment and products they have available and very understanding of the issues of people's needs.
Hired a scooter for a week to see if Dad liked it and within 4 days called so see if we could purchase one. Explained that I couldn't get Dad to them to choose one, so Sonia sent pictures and details of pre-owned and new so Dad could choose. Contacted them on the Wednesday to say he had decided on one, it was delivered to Dad's care home on the Friday morning by a very helpful gentleman so Dad could have a test drive (no obligation to purchase). He took time to explain the controls and took Dad out on the scooter to make sure he was happy with it.
Wonderful place with wonderful staff.
