Super clean, modern and spacious. Definately been re furbished recently. Excellent location 5 minute walk into Bowness. Darren & Micheala were very welcoming and accomodating. Nothing too much trouble! Will definitely returning for future stays. Thank you we enjoyed our stay 🙂

Hospitality 10/10 - presentation and cleanliness 10/10 - prices were great value - comfort unfortunately was 1/10 - single bed in twin room was very hard and uncomfortable - could not sleep at all - tossed and turned all night with barely any sleep. Got up at 6am and prepped to leave aching and tired. The venue really is stunning but the primary function (sleeping) was horrible, but this might just be the bed I had. Double's might be better. I can only give honest facts from my own experience. Sorry to sound harsh!!

This guest house is in great location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of bowness and the lake side. Its situated on a residential road. Michaela was very friendly and helpful. Gave great advice on places to eat and thngs to see in the area. The room was spotlessly clean. The shower had great water pressure. We was in room 4 the view was lovely over the lake, town. WiFi was very good here. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent room and exquisite private bathroom. Everywhere is spotless clean and lovely. Owners are extremely friendly and kindly helped us keep our luggage a while after check out. Which was so nice so that we can get some food elsewhere without carrying heavily before catch the train. Location is great as well 10 min to the pier and high street. Definitely 5 star place to stay in traveling!

Stayed here on evening of Sat 10th August 2024. A great place to stay in Bowness. Really friendly host. Nice room. Comfy bed. Parking available on street outside. They don't do a breakfast but local cafes are open from 8.30am on a Sunday.

Would be a first choice to stay if in Bowness again.

Great little guest house. Clean and cosy, newly decorated ensuite room in a great location for Bowness on Windermere. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants and pubs. We would definitely stay here again as it was perfect for our weekend away.

Stayed here for two nights, had a lovely room with small on suite,it was spotless. Lake and and shops etc about ten minutes away but if you're not a great walker beware because it's quite a steep walk back up to the guest house. Lovely stay.

Great place to stay. 5 min walk to windermere. Hill is quite steep so if you aren't a good walker, not an easy journey in and out of town.||Very clean and comfortable. Pet free which is great as we are allergic to pets. Nice host.
