Used to be a lot better. Unfortunately the last few chicken strip boxes have been very very dry. The chips are hit and miss as well. Last ones were a bit limp. Sometimes lovely and crispy. Would love you to do better please

Avoid this place unless you want potential food poisoning. Ordered today and it had been many months since I had been to this Favourites because last time my chicken was very undercooked. Thought I would give them the benefit of doubt and try again.. I shouldn’t have bothered. Firstly the person that served me was extremely rude & dismissive when I asked for the chicken to be well cooked inside and not to my surprise, the chicken was pink and bloody again!! Never again!! Service is good, but food not so great. Tried fillet of fire burger twice at lunchtime and each time the chicken is cold eating immediately after pickup. Comes out of the warmer cold, maybe it is broken.

We have used Favourite Chicken for years since we used to live in Witham, still get a takeaway from there on way home occasionally (when traffic isn't bad!) Always get a good sized portion, and the fire burgers are great! Staff are always friendly and have never had any major issues with order.
