Usually do our weekly shopping never had issues, had a very rude cashier accused me of theft walked around checked my bag and told me her manager told her to act like that, disgusting way to treat customers, manager of gorleston said he would then send a voucher but that didnt arrive, spoke to customer service to get this resolved will never use again.

Not the best. Make sure you check receipt etc before leaving store as not all offers seem to be valid. Got charged 69% more for several items to what it stated on the price tag on shelves and was advised to go in to store and get the difference refunded. I did that today (matter of a week after purchase date) and they refused to refund the difference despite being told I will get it.

It has put me off going to this store in future due to this issue and certainly don't make the company look good in any way or form.

If want better service and store go to the great Yarmouth store literally 2 miles down the road!

Great stocked shop & to be honest not shopped in many of these shops until I moved to Gorleston. What a gem, so well stocked for most things & great prices & good offers. If I had 1 slight negative the fresh produce for salad leaves ect. I use the vouchers to save even more money. Found the staff to be polite, helpful & they work hard. Clean well presented store.

Always excellent value for money. There's a wide selection of food on offer with many special offers. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite.

Bargains galore. I love this shop in gorleston , real scampi 3 large bags for £10 delish ,ariel washing powder 65 washes a huge box less than £20 , New Zealand whole leg o lamb frozen (never bought frozen meat ) slow roasted in oven on low for 5 hrs absolutely delish I'll be back ,shop local keep these gems going x

Decent store, I use the store here and in Yarmouth when I'm at my holiday home. Not as convenient in location for parking as the Yarmouth store, but right in the centre of town, so not really a major issue unless you have a lot of shopping. Mostly chilled and frozen goods available here but not really as competitive on price as they used to be.

I was quite surprised actually as to how much of a selection of goods they have in here! Compact and to the point with helpful staff and very competitive prices. Worth a look.
