Ordered and die 23.55 still not arrived, no call to advise they’re running late. Called them to hear mostly drilling and building work and told I’d be called back in 2 minutes that was half hour ago and I’ve tried to call since and no one answers…absolutely disgusting, £26 stolen!!

No order confirmation. Called the number dozen times no one’s picking up. Very unprofessional and irresponsible! Wouldn’t order again! It’s been 2 hours now and my delivery is still missing. Plus I drove there myself and the shop os not operating 24 hrs - it’s closed.

Unfortunately my parcel got lost in this shop. According to Royal mail it has been delivered but this place is very unhelpful. I really don't recommend this shop as your ebay "click and collect" collection point.

My order has not arrived and they are very good liars just good at taking your money but not delivering you goods suggest not to order anything from this shop it just builds their arrogance and more likely not to deliver £30 stolen !!!!!
