A Birthday Treat at Fairfax & Favor in Holt

I was absolutely thrilled to visit the original Fairfax & Favor shop in Holt on my birthday! After years of browsing online, it was such a treat to see the beautiful collection in person, the colour combinations, craftsmanship and quality are even more stunning up close.

To make the day even more special, my husband bought me a gorgeous tan Fairfax & Favor Belmont bag, which I absolutely adore! The staff were so lovely and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was such a wonderful way to celebrate, and I can’t wait to visit again!

Always made to feel really welcome. The personal touch goes a long way when purchasing quality and you get and more. All the staff are knowledgeable about the boots and offer valued input... and tips on getting the boots on and off. My partner has a couple od pairs of gorgeous boots and I've found a couple of shoes that are on wish list.

We really enjoyed our visit to Holt store. It was very interesting to see products and speak with the sales people. It would have been helpful to have samples of the different colours that are offered for merchandise as the website colours are not so accurate.

Living near Holt we usually just pop in. The staff have always been fantastic and really helpful. It was my sister's birthday so I thought it would be good to book an appointment as a treat. We gave a list of items we wished to try. Kylie rang to double check with me beforehand. It was a lovely afternoon. All the items were ready for us to try. Jules was great, lovely to see Megan too. I only intended to buy a Highbury clutch for my holiday but I thought I'd try the ankle Rockinghams. I don't normally do a heel but they were so comfy they came home too. Sara had Marylebone pumps and Rockinghams. After trying the full length charlotte it's now top of my wish list. It really felt like an afternoon with friends. See you soon

Having purchased items on line previously, this was our first visit to the Holt shop. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and their knowledge of the products was excellent. We were not rushed or pressurised into making a purchase at all. The reason for our visit was for a pair of Reginas for my daughter. Despite her age (16) the staff engaged with her well and made her feel very grown up and I, very much appreciated the complimentary tonic water! Well done to all. We will return!
