Spoke to a very helpful lady over the phone to check their returns policy before I ordered. They sent to my parcel next day special delivery at no extra cost and helped explain via email how I use my bonus points on my next purchase.

Other companies could learn a lot from their excellent customer service.

They're also much cheaper than most retailers. Overall I'll be using them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Really poor customer service . Rude and unhelpful. I purchased a ME Citadel jacket in large. Unfortunately it was too big. I phoned the company and told them I would be sending it back. They had one medium left and I asked them to put it to one side for me. I even sent my large via special deliver at £11 so they would get it next day. They said they couldn't put the last medium aside for me and it is what it is. The kept banging on about company policy. Well the medium sold over night and they have no more left. Customer satisfaction - a big fat ZERO , will NEVER use again!
