Utterly appalling. I had a parcel delivered and they didn't accept or admit to it being delivered despite the evidence being shown. Furthermore they do not give the right change, often not giving me the right change off by 1/2p. I would give a 0 star review if possible

Rudest staff I have met in a long time. Collected parcel and had no barcode as merchant did not provide one. Illegally forced me to take photo if my ID but refused to provide name of server and manager. Disgusting attitude towards disabled customers. Absolutely atrocious and should be banned from collecting parcels. Avoid at all costs people!

I have been shopping at this shop for many years now and seen the shop change owners. I am not going to go back until a certain employee who shouts and swears at customers is sacked. I went into the shop and this rude person behind the counter started lecturing me and then arguing with me and finally shouted at me to f*** off. Also my friend saw him do the same thing to another customer. I am boycotting the shop until something is done about this obnoxious employee.
