Needed to find latex top last minute on a Saturday and I’m so glad I found exactly what I was looking for. Great shop, variety of items & fab service, honestly. Max the owner was great and because of that, I’ll definitely be returning.

Only problem was finding it and not realising it’s a floor up on balcony level. A banner would be really useful, so when you’re on the ground floor, if you do look up you notice theirs more shops. I was looking for something that said fab.london and for me that would have helped as I nearly gave up trying to find it. So glad I didn’t. Other than signage of the shop, I would recommend getting latex from here.

I love this shop so much. Not only does it support independent designers and have the most incredible stock, Max provides lots of extras that you didn’t know you needed, until you experience them inside the shop. A truly unique and unforgettable experience, I haven’t found anywhere else in the world I can get such a unique outfit, that expresses me and how I wanna feel. I was sold from the moment I turned up, the shop was closed, and I had to call "Max" to ask where he was. Around the corner he told me, I'll be there in 30 sec! Once in, it was like talking to Einstein about the speed of light - Max knows his stuff and has been in the industry for many years, even as a performer! To tell the truth, I was just in there to browse as I'm going to my first fetish club night next week at Torture Garden. After trying stuff on, with all the tips and tricks (it's needed with real latex so I've come to learn) I left with some amazing latex jeans designed by the man himself. Normally I'm an in and out guy in shops, but this was a proper learning and guidance experience, and I left with a lot of confidence about dipping my toe into this world. Thanks Max mate, I'm sure I'll see you again soon!

A great collection of best-quality anything-latex.
Beyond great latex, here I found great style.
Comfortable seamless basic garments, unique creations, tasteful dresses, vivid colors and pleasing textures.
And everything else I needed for wearing and maintaining my small collection.

If you want to try latex for the first time, or want to find something that no one else has, I totally recommend this place.

The shop owner provided me with all the essential information about this special material, and very useful personalized stylistic tips.

Amazing collection of latex, rubber, leather and everything fetish by talented artisans and reputable brands. But the best, by far, is the personal attention by the owner: he will listen and recommend the best for you, whatever your needs may be. Highly recommend if you are a professional and/or experienced in the scene, but also (maybe especially) if you are a newbie and need help figuring stuff out. This place is must-visit every time we are around London and he always makes us feel like family.
