We took our motorhome here today, they were fully booked but we left our keys with them in case he had time. They went out of their way to accommodate us and did the MOT, friendly helpful and will happily go back thanks

I have used eythorne garage a few times now for MOT and everything was fine and service was great.

However this has now changed after the appalling service my father had received from this garage. My fathers car broke down last Monday, RAC explained what it was and we gave the report to the garage. 8 days later the car is still not fixed and the guy from eythorne garage giving excuse after excuse of what it could be. Telling me he needs to get MOTs done before he can look at it again. I’m sorry but if his car was booked in for work surely he has priority over any other work coming in. My father was constantly being told lies, they promised to call him a few times to which they never did! We had to chase them on numerous occasions! Terrible customer service & zero communication from them.

It’s safe to say, we collected the car today and will seek another garage that is competent. That garage is not cut out for the work unfortunately and seem to not care about their customers.

That’s the last time I will ever use eythorne garage. I’ve heard a few horror story’s about this garage now. Absolute Cowboys!

I've made use of this garage two or three times now, whenever I'm in the area, and I'm consistently impressed with their quality of work. I found that they go above and beyond, even when your concerns are possibly a bit melodramatic - fully testing my brakes even though I was mostly concerned about play in the handbrake lever, for example.
I'll continue to take advantage of their services whenever I'm in range!

Total legends! We were staying nearby and our battery went flat overnight, they came and got us going again in minutes and refused any payment.. I don’t think ‘call outs’ are usually their thing but really helped us as we had a ferry to catch, five star service!

Avoid unless you want to wait months for the wrong parts & for work not to be completed. They could say they were busy & I would of gone somewhere else. They did lend me a car for a little bit but that seemed like it was going to fall apart. When my car was finished ,Thought it was drivable for a few days then started cutting out, I gave up and went elsewhere, found out wrong parts used.
