Website shows lots of bikes/quads on offer only to be told to "order online"... I think I'd like to test drive something before I pay 8k for it... Also the lady was extremely rude and miserable. She told my husband, "Pre-order like everyone else, due to the pandemic we don't keep stock". The pandemic was a year ago or more now and how are people supposed to purchase a vehicle without seeing it? Makes zero sense although in all honesty, due to the terrible welcome and customer service we received I would never purchase from here.

Your response says it all about the attitude in the shop. No attempt to take responsibility (even if you're pretending it's the right thing to do from a customer service point of view), your attitude when we walked in and completely unhelpful responses. Not even an attempt to help us or show us anything be it online etc. Or help with the product we were interested in buying, NOTHING. A smile also goes a long way.

Just like to say a BIG thanks to Extreme Quads for the recommendation from a customer who just brought some parts off us.
I asked how he heard about us and said that Extreme Quads had recommend he call us, after a Google search had got him their Number.

My son's TGB quad had been 'fixed' by 2 workshops and still had problems. Having previously got parts from here by post, in desperation I phoned, them and described the symptoms, and based on my description, electrics parts were ordered in and testing and repairs arranged.

When I arrived the mechanic drove it 50 yards up the road and said my description was wrong and it was almost certainly a fuel problem (previously discounted by a previous mechanic.) I asked him to also go over the bike for any problems, and went off for a couple of hours. On return the quad was completely repaired, steam cleaned, tested, and ready to go! Also got detailed advice on what was likely to need repair/ replacement over the next year or two.
Here's the thing - he could of fixed it, still fitted the expensive electrics components as well, charged me £250 or more and I'd have been glad it was fixed. BUT although parts had been bought in, he didn't use any of them, stripped, steam cleaned and serviced the carb, cleaned and checked the bike thoroughly for £100!

This team obviously know the TGB (and probably other quads) inside out - from identifying parts I ordered to fixing the bike - AND completely honest service.

I recommend without hesitation.

I ordered wrong part my fault. They were willing to accept it back, after some discussion and through their expertise they found a solution and we have repaired a quad bike you cannot get parts for anymore.

This place is not good there close there show room and you have to order a quad and what to long to get it thay nead to update there website I drive over 100 miles and did not get to see 1
