Well I had the pleasure of being taken care of by a district manager who really went out of her way to fully answer questions I asked mostly pertaining to cost, discounts and rate increases. She was very honest with me and told me when they normally occur and s guess of how
I already know that is normal in the business but the fact that she was willing to be honest with me about it was worth everything to me. Companies and the general public have lost the value of good service and common courtesy. Price was right on par with the competition and even if they were 15% higher I would still give them my business based on customer service.
