Great little corner shop. Always well stocked and open long hours. Ideal as there’s little else this end of town. So convenient for last minute essentials etc. There’s very little you won’t find here 🙂

One star only because it used to be a convenient walk from home. Won't be going there again! The man at the till literally screamed at my sister, who was buying milk, for asking him if he wouldn't mind putting on a mask. There is a sign on the door saying "no mask, no entry", but this isn't the first time he has refused to wear a mask - last time I asked him and he put one on, after much complaining that he doesn't have to but would for my comfort. Completely understand that it is individual's choice not to wear a mask during a global pandemic, but screaming at my sister for asking nicely is appaling behaviour from staff.
Terrible customer service too, they are always either on their phones, watching tv or listening to loud music while serving.
Supported this shop all through the pandemic. Won't be going anymore, both for our health and to avoid being shouted at and intimidated! If they can afford to be rude to customers, they can afford to lose them.
