EXP are absolutely brilliant. We have been using their fulfilment warehouse for a few years now. They go above and beyond to make sure our stock arrives and ships safely. Their communication is excellent and Dave, Jordan, Chloe and rest of the team are professional and nice people to work with. I'd definitely recommend contacting EXP logistics if you need fulfilment. IGNORE all the negative messages, they are NOT for this company, its a company in the same industrial estate.

Can’t say I knew I was getting my washer today, but these guys did a great job delivering it. They even stayed super late to get the deliveries out after their truck broke down. Very friendly and professional staff.

Fantastic service from David and his colleague who delivered a very large and heavy matress today (45kg). They were friendly, prompt, polite and helpful. I called Expert Logistics on the day of delivery and gave some specific info regarding access to the building, as the lift doesn't go all the way to the top, meaning stair climbing would be involved. Chloe was very helpful and updated the driver in advance whilst I was on the phone. They arrived within the timeslot given to me in the morning. Their software was great to see where the driver was, and updated the delivery time anticipated . David also called about 15 minutes before he arrived. It's really nice when things work, EL were helpful, good communication. Thank you !

Had a 4 hour time slot from 11-3pm. On the day the delivery time kept getting pushed back by 2hrs, while I waited on a building site in sub zero temps with no heating. By 7pm managed to speak to the driver who said he'd be 30-40mins. They turned up just before 9pm, unloaded the contents of their lorry onto the driveway to get to my item (blocking me in) so then had to wait for them to load it before being able to go home. Shockingly 10 hours later than expected. Not acceptable.

We don’t think logistics should be boring; we want to give amazing service to our customers and make the experience of having a delivery from us as enjoyable and stress free as possible...

Our experience of dealing with
"amateur logistics" is the complete opposite to their statement here.
Very low quality of customer service, we paid for delivery, installation and removal of a cooker and received none of these services. On the second occasion we had the oven uninstaled at our own expense, the delivery failed again without valid reason. Calling us the night before just before 8pm.
It would be easy to lay blame on the obviously stressed installer or the guys on the phone, but it probably all stems from management and the overall poor running of the company.

If only there was zero stars... replacement for a faulty Samsung refrigerator was to be delivered on 12th (Sun). The crew didn't even attempt delivery once they arrived, as they said the 30 mins provided would be insufficient to get the new one in and take the old one out... even though ours is a ground floor flat.
Rescheduled delivery to today, 15th Sep and their office calls me and says that as there are parking restrictions (same as all of London residential areas), they couldn't attempt delivery, even though we have a driveway which I kept free.
For a family with 2 children, defrosting your refrigerator twice results in so much disruption and also food wastage. This is highly unprofessional, frustrating and completely unacceptable.
Now rescheduled to 18th.... I am expecting new excuses.
You have choices.... don't put yourself or anyone else through such a pathetic experience.

Absolutely disgusted by the service I have received from this company. I ordered my machine to be delivered on the 28th November, and the delivery guys turned up only to find the machine hadn't been loaded onto their van. You think booking a new delivery would be easy, but no. As of today, 7th December, the company has not located where my washing machine is, nor do they seem to care. I have had to call and email over the last 9 days to try and get any information, and so far nothing has happened. I am now here on hold to the manufacturer trying to get a new machine sent out when this company is the one who lost it in the first place. This situation has given me so much stress the past week and with no end in sight, I hope the pull their finger out to actually find where my machine is. I am out of patience.
