I took a trip from Salisbury to Exmoor trim to collect my new wolf hood and leather seats. Both Jess and Jake were fantastic with both their help and knowledge. The process of emailing the order and the ease of collection was fabulous and I'd strongly recommend this company. Once home I fitted the hood and seats with ease (although I haven't had time to wire the heated part of the seats yet). Thank you for your wonderful products and I can't wait to get the cubby box, new steering wheel and barrier mat set.

I recently purchased the Exmoor Trim heavy-duty hoops and hood for my 88” Series 3 Land Rover, along with the Deluxe full front set classic flute in Oxford Tan and the Evander wood steering wheel. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of these products.

Ordered a steering wheel from Exmoor on Boxing day 2024. With the company going on holiday until early January, I had to wait a week or so until I got a shipping quote (no idea why they can't just input sizes and weights into their website like other companies so the international shipping is automatically populated). When I finally got the shipping quote, they charged 105 pounds to send the steering wheel to Australia. After querying this and waiting days for a reply, I just paid the price because I am getting bored of waiting weeks for a steering wheel. Instead of sending me an email with any information about dispatch, I simply received an email with an invoice in it, which makes no sense since the whole order is paid for. I responded asking when the item will ship but I have had no reply for the last 4 days - If you want to get a response you have to phone them, and even then they just fob you off to some other department you have to email and never get a response from. Please Exmoor, just ship my order - all customers want is communication and quality - it isn't hard to achieve.

Great company, very nice portfolio of Land Rover accessories. I bought the Elite Seats MK2 in black leather and they were shipped very profesionally, in a safe and sturdy carton corrugated box. Customer services staff are very friendly, reactive and think with the customer. Seats fitted 100% and all connectors like heating plugs were nicely added. Recommended supplier!

Order new seats for my defender, the service has been absolutely superb. Jess is amazing, every question I’ve asked has been answered quickly and precisely. Nothing too much trouble. She has even arranged a part delivery of items that are ready at no additional cost. Superb company and will use and recommend again

I ordered a steering wheel in the first week of November 2024. Before paying i called Jake in Sales to confirm the parts were available. I was told all parts were available and the item would be dispatched in 1-2 weeks. After paying I recieved an email confirming dispatch will be in 1-2 weeks. Two weeks later I followed up via email since I hadn't got any dispatch confirmation. After multiple phone calls I received an email a few days later saying they made a mistake on the parts availability and I will only get my steering wheel in early February 2025. The missing part was the centre cap. I asked Jake to substitute my missing silver centre cap with a black one (even though my first choice was the silver but I didn't want to wait 3 months for a steering wheel). I was told due to a barcode issue they cannot substitute it. Following a phone call with Jake during which I reminded him of the confirmation he gave me of a 1-2 week dispatch he started blaming a different department at the company. Later that day they confirmed they would substitute the centre cap and dispatch the order. The lack of customer service was astonishing.

Beware if you purchase any item they will change the dispatch date after you have paid and keep blaming the supplier.

If you are considering purchasing something from exmoor read the reviews on trust pilot before paying.

In addition if you are an international buyer be ware their shipping costs are very high. They use TNT (Fedex) but charge you 3 times what direct FedEx package would cost.

12/12/24: Terrible experience, purchased before Black Friday some simple gadgets (hat, backpack) as a Christmas gift on 11/26 with a request for collection by my courier, I waited weeks with little/very bad communication. Silence on my request for a full refund, to be bounced I had to start the request for a refund/protection through the PayPal service, refund obtained 11/12. Terrible service and professionalism, very disappointed, too bad.

Jess in sales is a star, she helped select the right product but quoted a delivery date longer than I would have liked. She did not succumb to my pressure for an earlier delivery, but after receiving acknowledging of my order exceeded all my expectation by delivering early than quoted.
The goods look to be as good as anticipated.
