Terry is extremely aggressive and unprofessional. Spoken to staff today. Really friendly, it turns out you have an outsourcing team. I’ve mentioned this through to her hopefully it will be investigated. Changed to 3 stars because at least someone from your team has been kind enough to take this serious.
