This shop and its staff are the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly people! I am blown away by the vast range of yarn and am so looking forward to booking another course with Rachel where advice can be given in a relaxed and one to one environment when the shop is not so busy.

I came across this wonderful shop whilst visiting Stamford for the first time a few weeks ago and it was like stepping into 'yarn heaven'. The range of yarn is fantastic and I don't think I've ever been to such a well stocked shop. Not being prepared for such a find, I didn't have my vintage pattern with me but could remember the brand of discontinued wool recommended and the lady helped me so much by calculating the number of balls I needed to purchase in my chosen yarn. She was so helpful, as was the gentleman in the shop too. I would definitely recommend visiting the shop for the variety and for the excellent service. My yarn is now in a queue waiting to be made up so I can't wait for the excuse to visit this beautiful town and shop again.

Rachel is the fabulous owner of this wonderful shop who couldn’t be more helpful! She stocks such a vast array of Wool that I always buy more than i intended! Great selection of Rowan along with so much more! If you are a beginner knitter or more advanced then this is the shop for you! She also taught me to crochet and offers classes too!

I visited the shop this morning and it was very busy but both members of staff were so friendly and helpful. They advised me on the pattern and yarn. I am really happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service I received today. The range of yarns are amazing from 100% acrylic to pure cashmere.

This is such a beautiful shop with the most helpful and knowledgable staff. Rachel really goes the extra mile to help her customers - fantastic workshops for those who want to learn to knit or crochet as well. My favourite shop!

My mum popped in today to ask for some help with a knitting project she was stuck with. The assistant in the shop asked if the wool and pattern were purchased from Ewe, to which the answer was no. The response was 'then i'm sorry I can't help you'.
This is very disappointing. Do you not think that by providing some advice or guidance, which costs you nothing, you may gain a future customer? My mum was fully intending to purchase a new pattern and more wool once this project was finished, but it certainly won't be from Ewe after such terrible customer service!

Visiting the yarn shop was a lovely experience. Lovely displays of so many yarns. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good prices too.
Will always visit when in the area.
