I sent my parcel to Germany after 1 months they received that but they canceled it and return it again to me because of they received so late, and now I'm waiting 1 month for that and every time they said out for delivery but I haven't received that yet

Rubbish firm that still hasnt delivered a parcel that i paid £11 to be delivered at the bigening of this month and when i try to phone ur office all i keep getting is a recorded message so ur truly a rubbish firm and i will be taking things further even if it neans taking ur company to court

Have still not receive parcel, every day for last 4 days have said their is a problem and will be with you tomorrow. Have tried chat line but is AI, have tried phoning but have no chance in asking why no delivered, have emailed and 3 days ago said they will get back to me shortly. Basics say, you have no chance of ever getting a human to talk to and just get no where. WILL NEVER USE Evri AGAIN ☹️☹️🤯

Out for delivery!! Never got it and tracking still says out for delivery. Definitely been stolen by local Basildon delivery driver. Much appreciated. That's why companies use evri because they are cheap

Awful company. Had a parcel of mine for over a month. Still not heard anything. Can only ever talk to a chat bot and not a person which is frustrating. Keep saying parcel lost and will reattempt to find it and not hearing anything back.
