Package was ordered with 1 business day delivery, but never arrived. As the delivery company did not contact me, I contacted Euroffice to request a refund. When they heard that I had no contact detail for the delivery (which had gone to a different address without my being notified), they have refused to offer a refund for an item which is, at best, 12 days late and at worst will not arrive at all (I still do not have it). Refusal to refund an item I did not receive is unacceptable in my book and I will not tolerate companies that abuse their customers this way. I would therefore advise to AVOID at all costs, as if your item is not received they WILL NOT REFUND YOU!
