I have mixed reviews of this shop. I've visited many times in the last year with both positive and negative results. Opening times seem sporadic and follow no structure. I've arrived as late as 10:30 on a weekday to find the store closed. Their ability to handle Evri/Yodel drop offs are slow and poor. There appears to be inexperience or unwillingness to fix the machines when down, leading to many customers having to locate the next nearest store. Generally speaking the staff have always been polite to me however. If it wasn't for their kindness I would probably have rated 1 star when comparing to other stores in the area.

If I could give zero stars I would. The old man behind the counter is extremely creepy. Not just to me, my friends have said he has grabbed their hands when paying, tried to hug them, etc. Avoid for your safety. Also it's just a bad shop in general: overpriced, poorly run, and the current owners pushed the original owner out many years ago, making the shop much worse and the current owners are rude and creepy.

Zero stars!! Extremely rude guy behind the counter. Miserable old man. I asked if he had an item in stock and he didnt have the courtesy to look at me and gave a no answer by looking the other way. Then i sent an evri parcel and clicked something wrong on the tablet and he got so angry saying "is it your job to do that?" I said sorry, ive made a mistake and said he was Extremely rude. He continued his slur and abuse as i exited the shop. First and last time going to this shop.

Arrived at 9.20 to drop an Evri parcel off, and they aren't open. Asked someone in Costa what time they open, and they said "Any time they want, usually 11am" - Wasted parking money!! Open your shop at a normal time. Online it says "Opened at 6.30am"

Showd up at 9.30 for when the store opens and sat outside for over half an hour and its still not open I had a parcel that i needed to drop of fpr evri thers no times on the front of the shop so only going by Google but you wouldn't expect an newsagents to first open past 10am it's really gone downhill it used to be ok ish terrible shop don't use waste of money I know its overpriced anyway but just needed to drop off a really important parcel

Very over priced items. I would not go there again. Owner was not very helpful. My advice: Walk up the road to Budgens much better value for money.
