They've got most items and many items you're not even looking for.
It's like an Aladdin cave in there.
A good selection of food, crisps, alcohol so you'll never go hungry.
The staff are helpful and friendly.
Quality for the price and an amazing selection of food and sundries to choose from.
A little expensive sometimes but well worth it for quality.

It's a handy store with an Aladdin's Cave of items you never knew you needed. Good selection of foods, cakes, crisps, alcohol, bread and frozen goods so you'll never go hungry.

Rude staff wont be coming back
Had 4 parcels to return but not allowed to seal parcels in shop only done it that way so make sure i got the right label for right parcel. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR

Three separate incidents:
1) Sold me out of date chewing gum - I took it back and got a refund.
2) They have short changed my daughter on 2 separate occasions where I had to go in and ask them to give her the correct change. I suspect they knew this as they did not contest.
Not happy and will not use ever again.
Vape packet and rubbish all over the street outside and litter outside their shop on Rusper road, it is not looked after.

I purchased an elf bar disposable vape from this shop. It was faulty, right out of the box. I returned to the store and was told by a lady and gent there working behind the counter to come back on Monday and speak to the boss. So I did, today. I met the guy who claimed to be the boss who was rude and not understanding whatsoever. Claiming he’s “never had any problem with them” I was about to leave the shop and a customer obviously heard what was going on and advised me that “he won’t exchange them and I best try another named shop” that he’d had better luck with. For the sake of £5 there was no exchange offered and I returned to the shop twice after the original purchase as advised. Joke. Elf Bar themselves had advised me that if the product was official, which it was, then it’s down to the place that buy them in wholesale to offer a refund. This never happened and I won’t be returning again - that’s how this works. I recommend you try elsewhere.

Have visited this store weekly for several months and was a loyal customer. I bought a faulty product and tried to return it the next day but they would not replace it. Clearly they don’t care about their customers. Very disingenuous ownership.
