Called first thing in the morning, had a replacement tyre in stock, Ali was working on the car within 5 minutes of arriving and I was away within 20 minutes. Really reasonable prices too. Will 100% go back when needed. Highly recommend.

Extremely rude, swore lied, whee do I start

Asked if he could repair my tyre he checked and said no it’s to close to the edge and has a bubble I said okay how much are the tyres told me he don’t have my, then tries charging £10 to put a bit of water on a tyre, £10 he never mentioned also didn’t mention he don’t have my size, if he told me before hand I would have said thank you I’ll leave it, so because I didn’t pay starts swearing being aggressive yes I did have my say and he didn’t get his £10 oh well. I then went to another tyre place it was repaired and there’s was no bubble

Ali is great! Was able to fit in a tyre replacement at short notice (almost immediately!!). Wide stock of tyre and quick, friendly and professional service at a brilliant price. Quicker, cheaper and closer than having to go to Kwik-Fit or Halfords!! 🙂

Would recommend and will definitely use for future tyre changes. Also seems that he can provide wider services (such as servicing & MOT offered).

I don’t usually leave reviews but feel I need to

I had a slow puncture I needed repaired (nail) asked how much it would be instead he tried talking me into buying a tyre saying I need a new one anyway I haven’t had the tyre very long hence why I wanted a repair, I felt uncomfortable he wasn’t polite at all so said thank you for your time I will leave it the expression on his face could speak volumes

I took my car to another tyre place also in epping and they repaired it no problem with no mention of I need to change my tyre and in fact said I have a lot of tread remaining

Visited this place last week the person was very rude when I didn’t want to go ahead with purchase I just happened to be passing so opted to try this place I was told I need a new tyre when in fact when I took it to my regular person all it needed was a repair, very unprofessional
