Excellent staff! Really friendly and helpful! They know what they are talking about! Our water was very high in nitrate, these guys helped us all the way, it took around 3 weeks but we got there! I highly recommend these guys, exceptional service! They have a wide range of tropical fish and also have reptiles.

Great shop and friendly staff. They ordered in items we needed for the next day without hesitation. Were super informative and helpful when setting up crestie tank. Most of the items from the set up were purchased from them. Definitely recommend 🙂

This is the perfect place to go if you want to spend a little while fantasising about owning a reptile.

What would life be like with a leopard gecko for company?
Surely a bearded dragon could solve all my troubles?
And where in my flat would I put the tank for a blue tongued skink?

Recently bought my niece a freshwater fish and tank for her 3rd birthday. The range of fish available was incredible and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly in suggesting what fish would be best suited to her and how to care for it properly. I even managed to get her a Frozen tank! Her absolute favourite! Leslie was absolutely over the moon. Couldn’t recommend this store and all the staff enough.

Really welcoming shop, happy to answer any of our questions. They also allowed us to handle/meet Dave the chameleon after we expressed interest in getting one as our next reptile!! Stock was also impressive.

What an experience! Visited with a friend who wanted a reptile - ended up exploring the shop myself. So much stock, so many critters, aqua life, random species and enchanting colours. Think I’ll have to go again, alone to have a proper look. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the lady in here who specialises in reptiles knows her stuff and was more than happy to give information and help.

Was recommended Reef & Reptiles for your grooming room. As Coco is a rescue she can be very nervous and skittish around new people but she strolled in and everyone was so friendly and helpful! Got her teeth booked in again as the customer service for her was fabulous. You all went above and beyond helping me find a right collar as she is so small! Thank you 🐶🐕
