Do not buy from this shop!!!. After 1 month of use, our carpets looked like they were 10 years old at £600 per room. And we hoover pretty much every day with a brand new shark hoover. Shops staff told us the carpets were for high traffic and were good quality. We were sent out an inspector from the supplier who tried to say that is was normal for carpets to Matt like this. Then we were lied to that and independent inspector would be sent out when in fact he was from the distributor. To make sure their backsides were covered. The shop refused to accept liability that they misinformed us regarding the carpet. They used the fact that the supplier states it is hard wearing and for high traffic. They tried to tell us that they sold this brand of carpet to many customers and had no problems. We invited the owner to attend and he turned up with a carpet installer who attempted to scrape the floor with a hacksaw blade to revive it. He was there for some time and it still looked the same even though he tried to tell us that he could pretty much get it looking like new. I invited him to attend every 3 days to which he laughed. Even the owner didn't have much to say when asked would you be happy with these carpets after just having them installed. My advice is, make sure you buy from a proper chain who puts their customers first. I am not one to complain. But this was a complete let down and an absolute waste of money. We will be taking the matter further. A independent inspector who we had to pay separately informed us that we were misled at point of sale as polypropylene carpets are known to flatten and Matt as the fibres are synthetic and crunch down together when walked on. This shouldn't be sold as high traffic. I advised the owner to stop selling this carpet altogether as I have worked in interiors and soft furnishings for the last 30 years myself. Youl will see from the last picture how the carpet should look, this is an area that is not walked. The first two pictures have just been hoovered. Is it just me or can anyone else see the issue here?

We went to Enfield Carpets and flooring to discuss replacing our existing flooring. We had seen a video of a recent installation of Amtico Noble Oak by the company and was impressed with the results. We met Gary who listened to our wishes and suggested that we have a home visit to determine what the best options would be. Matt came and provided our options and how to overcome the challenges between floor levels and we decided to go for the Amtico Noble oak in the hallway, lounge and study with carpet in two of the bedrooms. We agreed the price and arranged the date of installation. Matt and Steve turned up as agreed and spent 4 days installing our new flooring, great guys and very good at what they do- we are delighted with the quality and finish. Overall a fantastic company who provides quality products and great service.

We had a great service from this shop. The staff were super friendly and I think the prices were reasonable. There was a good range of flooring to choose from and six months in our laminate looks brand new.

I wanted some vinyl for the bathroom. Company was excellent to deal with, gave good advice and it was fitted within about 10 days. Very happy with the fitter and the flooring so I can definitely recommend this company.

The fitter was very efficient and tidy.

This is the second time that we have used the company, they also bound some carpets for us previously, we shall be using them again when we decorate the next room.

Had an excellent experience with Enfield Carpet Warehouse. There is wide variety of flooring at the warehouse, which includes vinyls and laminate as well as many different types of carpet. We were expertly guided through the options and easily found something that we were very happy with. The fitting also went smoothly, John and Darren were friendly and professional, and they did a high quality job in a timely fashion. Would recommend!

Excellent product and the staff were easy to work with. We had the rooms measured in advance of fitting and then discussed in store different options. We were very surprised by the price being so reasonable and the quality of the carpet we have. We have had all upstairs bedrooms and landing as well as stairs. Excellent.
