This is a must visit, exceptional, independent, family run business. 5*

The owner, Marcela, excels at customer service - she's friendly, welcoming and takes pride and joy in her products and it really shows when she takes time to explain the origins of the incredible tasting chocolates, savoury items and cakes.

I enjoyed a delicious latte which was perfectly hot and full of flavour, alongside a freshly baked stilton brigadeiro.

Marcela explained which female led companies she collaborates with which very easily persuaded me to take a collection of baked goods home to enjoy.

The chocolate cake, baked by Roma's Cakes, is possibly the best chocolate cake in Norwich... It was incredibly moist, filled and coated with two different types of chocolate, a really good sized wedge!! and contained perfectly balanced flavours.

I will not hesitate to return and enjoy this wonderful slice of heaven near Hellesdon.

Absolutely love going to Emporium Norwich. Never had a bad visit and I go pretty regularly! Lovely, quality items, gorgeous cakes, chocolates and drinks and the special drinks are always amazing. Not only that but the personal, friendly service is second to none.

Small & welcoming. A very bijou chocolate / coffee shop. The brigadeiro are delicious with so many amazing flavours to choose from, If you need a special chocolate gift for a friend (or yourself 😉) then this is the place to go 😊

What a stunning little gem of a cafe this is, oozing with atmosphere and doing the best hot chocolate ever!!

If you love cheese then you have to try the fresh cheese balls on Saturdays or bake your own frozen ones available other times.

This little cafe is amazing and the owner is passionate about what she does and it shows in the attention to detail and great tasting food.

A little gem for chocolate lovers!
I have visited Emporium twice and have very much enjoyed absolutely delicious cake and coffee in the small but perfectly formed seating area. Vegan cakes were available for my 'dairy free' friend!
The range of chocolate treats available is very special, perfect for gifting.
Marcela is so very warm and welcoming. Her passion for her work is clear to see.
