Brilliant service. Got me a beautiful motor at a reasonable price and helped me sort out the tax for the car before I drove away. It was my first time buying a car solo and they made it clear, simple and painless. They have a partnership with the AA aswell and so you can get a decent deal on driveway insurance and breakdown cover.

Update:
Aftercare is brilliant. Had an issue with the glow plug about a week into owning, they took it in, gave me a courtesy car and fixed it up free of charge. Cannot recommend enough.

Great experience at Empire Cars. Looked at a car on a Saturday and a week later my finance was sorted and drove it away! Had an answer to every question I asked and no pressure to purchase at all. I can’t remember the name of the first guy I dealt with on test drive but he was brilliant. As long as the car has no issues soon then 5 stars! Ageing parents with mobility needs have forced me to grow up (okay, I’m 56 but have been able to be selfish about my car choices 😉) and I had to part with my beloved SLC. Empire Cars gave me a fair price and handled my grief sensitively. Only a few weeks ago they also purchased my dad’s car as he can no longer drive. Two good experiences.
