No stars for this company from me but Google won't let me do that so had to give one star. I placed an online order in April, they took my money from my account, no parcel had ever arrived. I've emailed them twice - no reply. This is technically theft. I'm looking into how I can get a refund.

Hi, I made purchase yesterday in your Grayshott shop of a scarf. The young lady at the cash desk took my payment details, made no attempt to wrap my purchase - in fact after the payment was concluded I had to ask for it to be put in a bag! I feel she would have been happy for me to scrunch it up and put it in my handbag!! Not overly impressed..........
