I received a Alcatel Tablet as a gift from my company which I was delighted with because I was going on holidays and planned on using it while relaxing by the pool. There was an issue with charging so I was advised to return it. The Electric Incentive Company collected the table and thanks to the Operations Manager Cameron Cumbee, and his team for their prompt and efficient response, I have now taken delivery of a new replacement just in time for my holiday. Thanks Cameron.

I bought from EIC using a Wowcher code and received a Phillips speaker that was faulty. I phoned them, as I was near, and was phoned back promptly and offered a replacement or a refund. I chose the refund and popped it into them.A helpful chap called Dan said it may take a few days because of the Wowcher factor. I happened to look at Paypal the next day and it had been refunded.
Like all companies, it's when it goes wrong that you judge them and this was very good after sales service.
Would deal with this company anytime.
