They do not pay their suppliers. In July they received products worth over 2K from me, it is December now and I am still waiting for the payment. They are not ethical business, neither they are eco-friendly. They only care about their profits and can't care less for others. They keep changing their admin girls, when I send emails, I often get automated reply that such and such person is no longer working for them. Few weeks later same email about the other person who no longer works for them. I bet they do not pay them salary either. Horrible company, please do not buy anything from them, do not send them any products as a wholesaler - you will never see the payments from them. And if you decide to work for them, you would be volunteering.

The company sent us numerous emails advising us to take advantage of a new customer offer and encouraging us to place an order. Once our order was placed they stated we do not qualify for the offer and there was nothing they could do. I managed to cancel the order thankfully but what a massive waste of time. Complete scam.

Product quality and customer service is poor. They have ignored my email regarding one of their products I bought which broke after several months of minimal use, yet I receive tens of marketing emails a day. AVOID. You can find most alternatives on amazon

Ready helpful when asking queries about their products. Good range which I'm sure will be expanded in the fullness of time. Products posted out in strong eco-friendly packaging ~ very impressed with the dissolvable packing peanuts! My only gripe would be one of the items I purchased was made in China (not a good carbon footprint!)

I had the same experience as the other comment. Posted a review which was negative, but they have not posted it. Bought a £5 soap which literally dissolved in to goop. I can't trust a website where they don't show all reviews or respond to feedback

Late last night before bed I went on to their website to buy some dish cloths - I got to the checkout, gave my email (did not tick to consent to marketing and did not sign up to any mailing lists) but then halted the sale when I saw the extortionate delivery costs and bought the same item on amazon instead. No sale was completed or account made with Eco Vibe. I closed the page a d forgot about them.
This morning (a mere 10 hours later) I have woken to THREE emails from them.. THREE!! All unsolicited mail and they do not have any authority to contact me, let alone harass me with 3 marketing emails during the small hours of the night!!!
I don't think this business is run by professionals as they clearly don't know the law or their duty to it.

Bought the washing up sponges. Wish I hadn't. Very poor quality and really difficult to actually do the washing up, which is the whole point of buying them !! Rubbish. Avoid avoid avoid.

Good choice of products and affordable price. But, what I am really impressed with is that all the packaging is made of recycled product and/or is recyclable, even the protective packing chips! 5star for that
