Went in a few times when I visited Skeggy for a week. Amazing customer service, recommended a fantastic vape for me to use. Really good prices. 10/10 service. Would highly recommend if you are in the area. (Also gave me a Shaun of the Dead reference😁)

Visited while on a stag do,my battery on my vape was playing up and Rosalie took the time to help me out with a temporary set up to get me by for the weekend,when I’m over that way again and need anything I’ll defo pop in,very helpful and honest,highly recommend

Charge different prices in store to online. Online stated geek bars were 5 for £20, so I came down to the shop which was a 20 minute drive in traffic & then £4 to park nearby, just to get to the shop and be told they’re now 3 for £20. When I questioned them in correlation to the website prices, I was told “not my problem they’re 3 for 20”

Called in yesterday with disabled wife for a simple vape pen for her to use, the young lady in the shop was probably the most helpfull person we have come across while shopping by the time we left the shop we had been informed of every detail of the purchace we had made it was also set up ready to go, the name on bottom of receipt was Rosalie so thankyou a credit to the shop.

Understaffed, waited 20 minutes to try and get served and walked out. 1 person serving in a busy shop mid season, shame on you, you lost out on alot of business when I was in store today.
