Bought a CPU tower cooler for £9.99 as part of black Friday. Order totalled £11.98 including next day delivery. All good so far, it arrived the next day as promised. Problem is when it arrived, it came in a jiffy bag wrapped up in bubble wrap. No box and the worst part, missing accessories meaning I couldn't attach it to the motherboard. So I raised an RMA request on their website. Email says to send the item back signed for. I pay £7.55 for this more than half the total amount of the item. Fast forward till when they receive the item. They only refund me £9.99. I emailed them giving them the opportunity to correct the error of their ways and refund me the full amount plus the postage I paid to return the item but they refused saying "Due to your returning the item for a refund we cannot refund the postage amount against the order as this will total more than your purchase amount." needless to say I won't be using ebuyer ever again and I will inform all my friends and family not to use them either.

Was unblocked. PC arrived and is in good shape. Wondering why my monitor is still not even processed yet though...

Same as all the others .. terrible company to buy from. Purchased a £700 monitor on Thursday 5th dec and paid the £4.99 next day delivery. Received confirmation email to say thanks and delivery due date 06/12. Had to have pre weekend due to being away from the Sunday and not back until Xmas eve. Woke up on the 6th and no dispatch email tried to contact but no response. Emailed them to cancel order as I won’t be available to receive. Got an email late Friday to say it’s been dispatched. No tracking no nothing, the account section of the website is useless. I assume it will be delivered Monday to which there will be a note on the door to tell the driver to return and not leave it on the doorstep. BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE DO NOT USE THESE JOKERS.

Ordered a LG 49 inch curved monitor which was a ex display sample to reduced price. It arrived promptly and nicely packaged but unfortunately had damages on the left side of the screen and as such the display is defective and not really usable.
But the purpose of this review is to give credit to the customer support team who were were responsive and have ordered collection of the product to be taken back for assessment. Will update the review depending on how things go from here but so far it has been a good experience. Damaged products are unfortunate (these things happen) but it is the customer service that is more important in these situations so we will see how this goes and I will update accordingly.

Update 2nd Dec,
Despite being told by customer services on Saturday that I can rearrange delivery and not requesting an RMA, I have now received an RMA confirmation and a refund notification. The lady on the phone was polite and helpful but wasn't able to help.

I will not be ordering from you again.

No communication from ebuyer since I emailed regarding my order, and only delivery option was to my house with a signature required. Ebuyer has now requested DPD to return my item. I don't know of any other supplier that behaves like this!! ?

It’s absolutely terrible company!
Dont buy things here!

First time I bought thing here and it’s a Samsung Odyssey G5 32 Inch QHD Gaming Monitor SKU: LS32CG552EUXXU, which is for my son’s birthday and I added postage fee for express delivery in the next day. In a result, I had my very upset boy!

It turned out the next day afternoon receiving the email said currently out of stock and their reason is unaware of this stock discrepancy until the order passed to their warehouse to dispatch!!!

What a ridiculous company with this awful customer purchasing system in their website and a terrible customer service to cause my most worst buyer experience that I have ever never had elsewhere retail companies!

In a normal logic, company have a stock- in system, if company have out of stock, then there are no stock in the inventory, the website should not be shown with stock in the item and take the order and have taken customer’s money!!!

I will not recommend this company and it will be the blacklist ever in my life.

Watch out, if you have any important stuffs, try not to take action to make a purchase here in Ebuyer.com !!!

Loads of choices in the market and until now, there is not yet automatically refund and it claims required customer to call them to cancel the order or replace other items, what another ridiculous customer service! Not to think of a chance they will give you a call to settle the problem they raised! (with the company email support to my event, be careful, avoid!)

I end up need to pay more than £60 as end of the black Friday deal, if I hadnt chosen them and bought somewhere else, I would stay away this problem, have my happy boy and save money!!!!! Nightmare!!

delivery arrived on time and physically in good condition. However i don't think the PC was tested at all before being sent out. i believe i've managed to get it working properly after a couple of weeks of debugging. but ultimately required a complete fresh install of windows 11, as multiple core programs were corrupted and non-functional, leading to multiple blue screens out of the box (edit for reply) if any further issues crop up I'll call, but it seemed to be Appx being corrupted was fixed with a fresh install

Purchased components for a custom PC and recieved a faulty power supply, motherboard and RAM stick. The power supply was rectified but then found the motherboard A slots were both faulty and 1 out of 4 RAM sticks were dead. I was able to test this on the (suboptimal) 2 B slots.

I sent both back only to recieve an email saying that there was NO FAULT FOUND and that the motherboard had been further damaged beyond warranty in transit. I can accept that the motherboard could of been packaged better but to say there was no fault and gaslight me when I've had an independent PC technician inspect the build is beyond a joke. Take the loss and don't buy from here again.
