Hi all
I recently had a problem with the battery on my Patriot e-bike.
After much searching I found the one I needed on the e-bikes site. It was out of stock but I was told that it would be available in 4/6 weeks. After 9 weeks I gave up and order one via AliExpress - it was £100 cheaper and arrived after 4 weeks. It is now over 13 weeks and is still showing as out of stock on their website!!
I have emailed them to ask for an explanation but have not had the courtesy of a reply, which is why I decided to write this review.
Taking the above into account I wouldn’t buy any accessories from this company let alone an e-Bike.

Bought a bike, or so I thought. Next day contacted them asking if I could change delivery address. That was sorted. Three days later contacted them again enquiring how long delivery time would be. Said will receive in next few days. Sorted again. Next day gets a phone call bike sold out and do I want a replacement but they are more expensive. Told them no. Had my money for a week. Had contact with them and never mentioned the bike wasn't in stock. It said on their website that the electric bike was available. One unhappy customer who won't buy from them again

I’ve bought 3 bikes from this company. They was delivered on time fully packaged.
I had a issue with one of the bikes and customer service phone number was answered almost instantly. The customer service I expected to be over seas but a friendly polite English speaking person talked us through. To be honest it wasn’t the product it was my error!
They also called me back next day to make sure was all ok!

Clueless customer service. Bought their bike from Argos. After a week, the battery stopped working. Collection was arranged quickly but after two weeks, I called for an update and was told my new battery had been ordered. 3 weeks later I called again and was told, they don't have any batteries there and to return my bike to Argos! I called again and gave my reference number and was told my battery hadn't been looked at and they couldn't tell me when it would be. The broken battery was returned to me. Bad service and poor quality bikes.

Cannot praise this company enough. I ordered a QDOS folder on Sunday evening and it was delivered Tuesday. Fantastic service. The bike was a present for my husband I emailed them some questions before I bought and they replied very quickly and answered all my questions. . He is highly delighted with it and says it does everthing it it says it does. the condition is excellent.. will highly recommend this company. Many thanks.

Ok, this is one of the worst store ever. I ordered an ebike on the 21st of November and waited a week but the order never got processed, so I emailed to ask what's happening. It took them a week to respond and say it's gonna be shipped out in 3-5 days. So I waited a couple more days and no changes to the order status. So I call them and cancel the order on the 29th of November, and made them email me that they have confirmed the refund and I waited a week and no refund, no emails or anything and called them again on the 6th of December and said they couldn't find the order at first and then they found it and say I'll have the refund soon but they didn't send an email or notification or whatever that this is happening.

My husband bought one off the shopping channels as we are in mid 50's & thought we needed extra assistance with our bike rides as getting older

After using it for several months now I can honestly say it was one of our best purchases ever.

It look fantastic & performs effortlessly + can easily fold into our car [ but heavy ]

1st time on bike for many years as dodgy knee. Took to this bike really easily. Only needs low assistance for most roads. Went and collected them and Connor was brilliant in helping us on test rides and technical information. We bought 2. I recommend very highly. Thanks
